As customers, we wondered why consultants and suppliers just wanted to sell us their “solutions” without hearing about our context. We decided that someday we’d build a company that would put customer understanding at its heart – and that before we would start a project, we would take time to see everything. In 2001, the opportunity to do that came knocking – and that’s how PANOPTIKA was born. We listen to our clients and help them see everything they need to make better decisions.

MEGANN WILLSON, MBA
For Megann, understanding customers and stakeholders, and what they need, begins with one question: What will you do when you find out? A skilled strategist and facilitator with a penchant for Product Management, Megann has honed her skills in Business-to-Business, Technology, and Pharmaceuticals.
Megann is a long-time Innovation Games® facilitator, who encourages product managers and start-ups to look beyond the survey and work from the customer, user, or stakeholder’s viewpoint. Her decades of experience include depth-interviewing, focus group moderation, online moderation, community management, design sprints and in-person and online collaboration sessions.

For Steve, ensuring everything you do delivers value to your customer is a passion. When you make an assumption in developing your strategy you need to know there is data to support it. A curious and patient facilitator, Steve has extensive experience in Technology, Healthcare and Business.
Steve encourages innovation in how you work with your customers and stakeholders. He believes you should engage your customers where, when and how they are most comfortable. Using online frameworks such as the Conteneo Weave collaboration platform, in-person depth-interviewing, focus group moderation, and design sprints, he enables clients to add value, build relationships and hone their value proposition.
